Please read and agree to the following terms before booking your appointment at Renaisskin.
Age Policy
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment. You may be asked to present valid photo identification on arrival. If you are unable to provide ID, or if your ID shows you are under 18, your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. All booking fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Changes
Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, 50 percent of the remaining balance will be charged.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not attend, 100 percent of the balance will be charged to your card.
Allergies and Medical Information
You must inform a member of the Renaisskin team of any known allergies or previous medical conditions at the time of your appointment.
Appointment Etiquette
Please arrive alone to your appointment. For insurance and safety reasons, we cannot allow children or additional guests in the clinic.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and no refund will be given. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait in your car until your scheduled time to avoid overlapping with other clients.
Refunds and Concerns
All treatments are strictly non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.

I agree I am a minimum age of 18 years. (You will be asked to provide ID on arrival and no refunds will be made if you fail to provide your ID or this shows you are not a minimum of 18 years of age) I agree booking fees are non-refundable.
Bookings can be moved with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If any bookings are cancelled between 24 – 48 hours of your appointment your card be charged 50% of your remaining balance. If you cancel your appointment on the day or no show to your appointment your card will be charged 100% of the balance.
I agree to notify a member of Renaisskin Aesthetics of any allergies that I have and previous medical history on arrival.
Terms:
Please come to your appointment alone, insurance will not cover us to have children or plus one’s in the clinic.
Please do not turn up early or late save crossing over with other clients. If you are early please wait in your car until your appointment time. If you a more than 10 minutes late then your appointment will be cancelled with no refund.
